Order & Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed by the user, we send an email/WhatsApp/Text message to notify you about the confirmation. Further, more email/WhatsApp/Text message will be sent to confirm the dispatch of the order and also it’s delivery.

If the mode of payment selected by you is COD(cash on delivery), an email will be sent to confirm your order. The order request shall be accepted only after you have confirmed your order on the e-mail/ mobile. Due to availability issues, the dispatch of all the products may happen at different times.

Before handing over the products to our logistics partners, we ensure a keen inspection of the products being dispatched. Further, the delivery executive shall deliver the order to the provided shipping address as soon as possible. If in case, the delivery partner is struggling to reach the address provided, he/she may contact the phone number provided by you to seek directions.

Most of our orders are dispatched within 2 business days(excluding Sundays and any public holidays) after the confirmation of the order. We do not seek shipping charges for orders above the billing amount of INR 499. However, a nominal fee will be charged if the billing amount is less than INR 499. At present we do not provide a shipment facility overseas.
