CANCELLATION POLICY

The order placed by users has an option to be canceled only before it’s been shipped. In an event where the user wishes to cancel the order, he/she is requested to write an email to our customer assistance team info@overraherbals.com. Upon cancellation, the order will be canceled with immediate effect and the refund will be processed in about 7 business days. Orders that have been shipped have no facility to be canceled.

REFUND POLICY

We shall not accept any requests for returns or initiate any refunds upon requests by the user unless:

The Product has incurred damage during its transit or when an incorrect product has been shipped and delivered to your address. To initiate a return, you need to draft an email with the pictures of the damaged/incorrect products attached to the email. The email must be sent within 48 hours of the delivery. The email must be drafted to sales@overraherbals.com.  no request of return shall be entertained if the product’s seal has been broken and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receiving the email, Overra herbals/Overra foods shall inspect the issue and validate the claim. Upon validation of the return request, If the product is found eligible for a return, the product shall be replaced or a refund will be initiated. However, if the returned product is found to be ineligible we shall courier the same product back to your shipping address. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 business days if you made the payment through online mode. If you paid using COD, the refund will be made within 14 business days to your bank account.

INSURANCE

We (Overra foods/Overra herbals) take responsibility for the product solely during transit. The product shall not be insured by us after the acceptance of the delivery.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

We work with the fastest logistics partners in the industry to ensure the swift provision of the goods ordered. However, unprecedented circumstances can occur due to which a delay can be caused during the shipping process. In such cases, our customer assistance team shall remain in constant touch with you and update you about the happenings regarding the delivery process.

In cases where the product is being returned by the user. He/she is responsible for handling the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Hence, when you shall receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from it. However, if you expect a product replacement we shall bear the cost of shipping. We do provide free delivery to our customers on all the products. However, in cases where the shipping address is located in a remote area or the regions not available on the website, a nominal shipping fee will be charged.
